Bay Area Rapid Transit Killing Rumored Excuse He Didn’t Taser Him Bro
Rest in Peace, Oscar Grant III
By now most people have heard about the shameful disgusting killing of an unarmed man, 22-year-old Oscar Grant III of Hayward, California who was lying face down on an Oakland Train Station Platform when he was shot and killed by a Bay Area Rapid Transit Policeman, Johannes Mehserle, early New Year’s Day. Well now the rumored excuse that I’ve read online is that the Policeman was going for his Taser Gun and by accident out came his gun instead. Boom Boom. Yeah, that’s the ticket.
Even more bizarre is that Mehserle resigned from the transit agency shortly before he was supposed to be interviewed by investigators Wednesday. How the hell can they wait that long to interview this guy. How can anyone mistake a real gun for a Taser Gun? I’m usually pro-police but there simply is no way this killing can be justified and how the hell has this guy not been interviewed by the police. Anyway, I hope Oscar Grant III and his family receive justice.
