Hopefully, I won’t lose my female audience with this Post, but one thing that has always puzzled me besides is there life in outer space is and how did George W. Bush graduate Harvard is why are Average Looking Female Murder victims described by Newspapers, Magazines, TV, etc., as being physically beautiful when in fact most of them are average looking or slightly better than average looking at best? Concerned citizens want to know as it makes us think that we may be crazy because we’re just not feeling “the beautiful” thang. Yeah before you call me an Asshole its a tragedy people are murdered in the first place but moving on why are they described as physically beautiful by the press and TV if they’re not? To me that’s on the same level as President Bush declaring War on Iraq over Weapons of Mass Destruction that don’t exist. Note, I don’t have problems with friends and family of the victims calling them beautiful as they want to cherish and honor them but why does the Media Have to lie? It’s not right.

I constantly see 48 Hour Mystery, Dateline, 20-20 and other similar TV shows describing murder victims as well as murder suspects (hello Amanda Knox in Italy) as beautiful and scream “Come On, get real”! Just as bad is a lot of murder victims are described on these TV Shows as aspiring models and if there was truth on TV these people would be in fact described as delusional because they simply weren’t that attractive. The worst thing is that this might inspire other not so attractive women to think they can be models too and have their lives wasted pursuing a dream that’s not going to happen.

Interestingly, both murder victims, murder suspects and actual murderers are never described by the media as physically Ugly or unattractive so why then are murder victims who are just average looking or so described as Beautiful? I guess the moral is you should never trust the Media but as for me and this Blog, to quote the immortal Richard Grieco in 21 Jump Street, “I’m the exception”.
