I just saw a totally believable spot on the news which for some reason isn’t all over the internet as I post this as it appears the Zodiac Killer may have been found and his name is Jack Tarrance. The above photo is Jack on the left and a police rendering of Zodiac from witnesses on the right. Jack died in 2006 and his stepson, Dennis Kaufman, has produced a hood that looks like the Zodiac, an incredibly similar handwriting style of Zodiac and Jack and more, that the FBI is now examining according to the news report.

Before I go on, I should say that I am only a casual follower of this case and I did find messages on online forums going back to 2006 that totally repudiate that Jack Tarrance is the Zodiac and also discredit his stepson’s creditability Kaufman also suspects Tarrance of killing his mother. I don’t remember Jack Tarrance’s name coming up in the movie “Zodiac” at all. I’ll revise or delete this post as more information becomes available.
