I’m mad as hell and I’m not going to take it any more. No wonder the United States is in a Depression and people are losing their jobs left right and center. It’s because idiot businesses like Netgear exist. I just thought I’d share my experience with Netgear’s automated phone service with anyone who reads this. Basically, I wanted to get some information on one of Netgear’s products I was interested in buying but because Netgear apparently isn’t smart enough to give people an option on their automated customer service phone to ask their customer service about their products, I’m not going to buy their product. They’ve lost a sale.
