Rest in Peace my Casio 2.5″ LCD TV, a portable Handheld TV that I’ve had for years, which will officially be dead on February 17, 2009, when the United States will officially put you to sleep. You will no longer be able to receive TV signals including picture and sound. At least you had a good life.

I just bought the Panasonic DMP-BD55 Blu-Ray Player which I love but as my 7.1 Receiver did not have an HDMI connection, I had to use an Analog Connection to get the best sound, True HD. It was a bit confusing how to do this and what settings to use, so I called up Panasonic who was very helpful. To anyone with DVR (TIVO) via your Cable Company, I would recommend you check your DVR settings right now and periodically thereafter. My Cable Company just changed their DVR interface and I discovered by accident that they had somehow changed the settings for my HDTV from 1080i to 480i.
