For anyone just needing some quick general information on what’s involved in laser eye surgery, here is some basic information I got online. I am not a Doctor so do not take any of this as Gospel- if you see a real Doctor get the actual detail from them.

This is the method I’ve developed after years for controlling and eliminating my stuggy nose and nasal congestion problems caused by Hay Fever. Please remember what works for me may not work for you and consult with a doctor beforehand.

The best thing I ever did in my life is not have children. I’m not putting down people who have children but I basically couldn’t handle having a child emotionally and financially as well as health-wise. I’m convinced children bring all kinds of germs and viruses into the home that they pick up from school. I also would never have been able to afford taking an early retirement from my job at 50.

The only reason I honestly have a Bowflex is to look decent for my girlfriend. I’m male by the way! By decent I mean in shape and toned but not bulging with muscles or having a 6 pack or anything. Decent enough in plain English that its acceptable enough that a woman isn’t going to think twice about having sex with me! I know I’m suppose to say all the health stuff which is a side benefit but I wanted to blunt with people like me who need motivations to work out!

If you don’t have Health Insurance Coverage, you are a walking time bomb waiting to economically explode as well as suffer physically. I’m lucky in that I’ve always had good health insurance either covered by my parents, college or my job and I always took it for granted till what happened to me 5 years ago.

I was just diagnosed with Diabetes 2 and I have only myself to blame. Hopefully, if I get myself in shape in the next 3 months or so I won’t have it any more and anyone reading this won’t make the same mistakes I did and wind up with diabetes.

Like a lot of people I have high blood pressure and it gets really irritating trying to find low salt items that taste good. Well if you love Spaghetti, after years of trying, I found a great tasting, low sodium spaghetti sauce called Middle Earth Organics, imported from Italy which believe it or not tastes better than any regular spaghetti sauce I’ve ever bought.

Looks like Jared Fogle of Subway may have a Rival. Don Gorske of Fond du Lac Wisconsin claims to have eaten 23,000 Big Mac hamburgers in 36 years eating them every single day except 8 including the day his mother died which he did out of respect. ” Amazingly he’s 6 foot two and weighs just 185 pounds and walks up to 10 miles a day.

If you follow these basic steps, this will save you time, money and aggravation on following up to someone who responded to your personal ad/online dating listing. My advice is based on my own personal (no pun intended) experience which led to many pratfalls which hopefully you’ll avoid by reading this as well as 3 great looking girlfriends (at different times) and 2 live in relationships. I’m pretty sure women can apply much of my advice as well. If nothing else this will give them an idea of the male prospective of things.

One of the greatest mysteries to me is why exactly is the 1918 Flu Pandemic which killed between 20-100 million people worldwide, 2.5 to 5% of the worlds population at the time and 500,000 -675,000 people in the United States, basically forgotten about like it never happened. I mean doesn’t anyone find it odd that there aren’t any movies or great novels about this horrible event? After all, if there isn’t a movie or TV series about a major world event, did it even happen?
