Danny McBride does an incredible job portraying a washed up unrelenting unredeemable jerk former baseball star in the new HBO Comedy “Eastbound & Down”. The problem is after 30 straight minutes of this same shtick non-stop of McBride’s one dimensional character, its utterly grating and the supporting cast is one of the weakest I’ve ever seen on TV.
