If Sarah Palin and John McCain think her Saturday Night Live TV Appearance will gain the McCain campaign votes tomorrow they’re about as sadly mistaken as McCain was when he passed up Mitt Romney for Palin in the first place.

I may be preaching to the choir here, but as a fan of “Friday Night Lights” on NBC (Currently being shown first this season on Direct TV and then will be shown after on NBC), I feel it is my duty to make people who aren’t aware of this great show, aware. So let me say if nothing else, besides being a great show Friday Night Lights has the Hottest Females on TV featuring 3 Unbelievably hot actresses playing high school students and one superhot MILF!

AMC’s Mad Men has to have the most unlikable characters I’ve ever seen on a TV Show. For some reason I enjoy watching the show but its hard to really care about anyone as they’re such rotten people who do things like make jokes about Plane Crashes that kill all 95 passengers abroad 5 minutes [...]

Earlier today I wrote a blog about TV’s most annoying characters and somehow I forgot the Most Annoying TV Character on a Hit Show in the History of TV, Elliot Stabler played by Christopher Meloni on Law and Order SVU, so I’ve “dedicated” this single blog to Stabler.

Do you ever have television shows that you watch but as soon as a certain character comes on the entire show is ruined for you? The following are the Five Most Annoying Characters/Actors who totally ruin their TV Shows for me every time they make an appearance on screen:

One of the most Boring & Constipated TV Shows Ever

I am in total shock. I just watched “Testees” on FX, the most outrageous, sickest, funniest, live action TV Show I’ve ever seen. Imagine South Park with a human cast and you have Testees.

While I realize JJ Abrahams the creator of “Lost” and “Fringe” isn’t likely to read this, agree or care, for posterity anyway I thought I’d write while “Fringe” isn’t working and as a result getting bad ratings.

One of the most ignored, bizarre, horrifying freaky Supernatural TV shows that I’ve ever seen was Millennium which ran for three seasons from 1996 to 1999 on the Fox Network and starred Lance Henriksen, the creepiest looking actor playing a hero ever. If you never saw Millennium I would recommend that you buy or rent DVDs for all 3 Seasons, starting with Millennium Season 1. The show also stars Lost’s Terry O’Quinn, as Peter Watts, Frank’s friend and Protector of the mysterious Millennium Group. If you like the movie, The Ring (starring Naomi Watts) you’d like Millennium as it was somewhat similar in style.

I watch “Cold Case” on CBS regularly even though I admit I hate the shows Detective Squad as well as how each case is solved by an unnecessary confession from the killer and then the victim’s ghost appears like in a music video, the end. No, I’m not on crack!

Every time I turn on the TV, I see this guy’s face everywhere: commercial, TV shows, movies and I didn’t know his name till I had enough and spent hours on the computer to find out. There’s something about the guy that as soon as he makes an appearance somehow you think you’re in for non-stop laughter and I mean that as a compliment. The only actor I ever felt this way was Buster Keaton who in some bizarre way he reminds me of. Anyway, his name is, surprise Frederick Koehler and I’m sure plenty of people know his name because he apparently was a regular on “Kate and Allie”, a TV Show I never saw.

Just saw the 2 Hour Premier of Season 3 of Heroes and while I thought it was very good, it’s also a rip off of Kobe Bryant the Los Angeles Lakers basketball star, the 4400 - a great cancelled TV series and Jeff Goldblum’s the Fly and I can’t say how so dissapointed I am by this.

If you’re one of the millions who loved the 2 Kolchak the Night Stalker movies and original TV series growing up and were totally bummed out by the awful, stiff, sterile 2005 TV remake “starring” Stuart Townsend, cheer up there’s a fairly recent Kolchak the Night Stalker comic book series by Moonstone Comics featuring new original stories that’s surprisingly quite good and faithful to the original TV Series starring Darren McGavin.

I’m sure most of you know that the Beach Boys recorded a song in 1968, “Never Learn to Love” written by Charles Manson. Here’s a video of their performance as well as Charles Manson performing his original version that was titled “Cease to Exist”

Is the rumor true?

One of the greatest mysteries to me is why exactly is the 1918 Flu Pandemic which killed between 20-100 million people worldwide, 2.5 to 5% of the worlds population at the time and 500,000 -675,000 people in the United States, basically forgotten about like it never happened. I mean doesn’t anyone find it odd that there aren’t any movies or great novels about this horrible event? After all, if there isn’t a movie or TV series about a major world event, did it even happen?

I love CSI Las Vegas and I love William Peterson as Gil Grissom. Peterson is essentially leaving the show but instead of replacing him with someone like John Cleese, Richard Belzer, Dan Ackroyd, Christopher Walken, etc., they go with Laurence Fishburne who to me is totally miscast for the part.

Stargate Atlantis has been influenced by South Park. Dr Elizabeth Weir has become the show’s Kenny.

Dark Horse Comics “The Goon” by Eric Powell is simply one of the best comics ever and would be a great Cable TV Series with the right actors. I just read that its going to be made into an animated movie directed by David Fincher (”Fight Club”) which is great but I would have loved “The Goon” to have been a live action TV series on Cable TV. Just imagine a nastier version of “Casablanca” meets “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” meets “Deadwood” meets “Sin City”. Ah, the dreams.

First off I’m not talking about the guy who does the Perverted Justice Stories- that’s Chris Hansen but Keith Morrison of Dateline. I can’t get enough of this guy. To me he’s the Howard Cosell of Crime Reporting. I’m surprised they’ve never done a sketch on him on Saturday Night Live as far as I know.

To give Keith Morrison his props I’ve never seen someone report on so many bizarre, sleazy, idiotic almost pop culture murders as this guy and I don’t know how he sleeps at night getting into the world of these murderers and victims. But what I love, however sick this sounds is he totally gets into his story when reporting it and he makes each crime sound like the greatest tragedy since Adam and Eve!
