CBS Exploits Undercover Boss Employees

I’ve only seen the CBS Reality TV Series “Undercover Boss” once and common sense dictates to me this show is a scam unless you think its all real and natural like Tori Spelling once claimed her breasts were! Most Reality TV Programs are scripted to some degree but what apparently makes “Undercover Boss” worse from those series is that based on what I’ve read online, CBS financially exploits the employees who appeared on the show. If this info is wrong I will immediate delete this post.
Supposedly, the employees filmed were told by the Production Company in Charge that they were shooting a small documentary and didn’t indicate it was a Reality TV series. To quote the New York Post “the people who appear on the show don’t know they are going to be on a big-time network series — and signed away their rights after being told they were participating in a small documentary”.
This is why everyone in the United States needs to have a lawyer. If I was one of the employees filmed for “Undercover Boss” and wasn’t paid any money for being on a TV Reality Series, I’d sue. CBS and the Production Company are obviously making money off the employees who apparently weren’t paid one cent and without these employees there is no show. Power to the People!
