CBS Medium Baby Kidnapping Nuked the Shark! Episode a Disgrace

I love the supernatural CBS series Medium starring Patricia Arquette as Allison Dubois but last nights episode, “Baby Fever” not only Jumped the Shark but Nuked the Shark and was a total disgrace to this excellent TV show. Having Allison resort to Kidnapping is going too far no matter how you slice it no matter what the happy ending is. This was just plain RIDICULOUS! Allison is not insane enough to commit kidnapping and if I was her DA boss I would fire her immediately as I would not consider her stable enough to continue working for me no matter all the good she has done. In this case the end did not justify the means. And what exactly did the dead sister whose death was never figured out have to do with anything?
Based on the IMDB writing credits of “Baby Fever”, Jordan Rosenberg who wrote this episode apparently never wrote for Medium before and it totally shows as he clearly does not understand the Medium characters or the Medium TV show but I hold whoever is responsible for running “Medium” responsible for allowing this debacle to be broadcast. I love Medium but this episode was a disgrace and an insult to fans of the show. It will be hard for me to respect the character of Allison Dubois again as she’s lost all credibility as a human being with this episode.
