Dog Food That Prevents Cancer as Shown on Shark Tank ABC TV

I hate giving products I haven’t tried publicity but on ABC TV “Shark Tank” a Veterinarian introduced a Dog Food that prevents Cancer for dogs as well as supposedly people! The Veterinarian invented this dog food and other products and he claims it prevents cancer in dogs as well as other diseases and that it should have the same affect for people. His products are for other pets too like cats and he claimed that pets will double their lifespan and mentioned that it will extend peoples lives as well. Note he mentioned life extension on people only when asked- it was not part of his presentation.
The major problem with his presentation was he didn’t really have any scientific proof to back up his statements which is why the 5 “Sharks” (Investors) declined to offer any financial investment in his company. The thing is though the Veterinarian who was with his daughter seemed quite credible. He claimed that no dog who was on this food ever got Cancer. To clarify, the Veterinarian said that the food does not cure cancer but prevents it. I had trouble though understanding why he didn’t copyright or patent his formula(s).
The dog food seemed to be real good because the dog he brought with him ate the food by himself with a relish. The Veterinarian says he himself drinks the dog food from a blender each morning. I am going to try the product on my sister’s German Shepard and if I don’t chicken out try it myself from a blender. I think this might be worth checking out but I admit the odds of this preventing cancer for dogs, pets and people seem pretty unlikely if not impossible but as they say in the NBA “No harm, no foul”.
