Fire Denver Broncos Head Coach Josh McDaniels Keep Jay Cutler
What was Denver Broncos owner Pat Bowlen thinking when he fired Mike Shanahan as Head Coach and hired Josh McDaniels as Denver Broncos Head Coach. McDaniels sounds like another megalomaniacal, egomaniac, moronic coach who should be fired before he coaches a game for the Denver Broncos and Jay Cutler should remain at quarterback for the Denver Broncos with Mike Martz as his Head Coach. I don’t think Bronco tickets holders are too thrilled either about McDaniels especially since the Broncos basically dumped Jake Plummer as Quarterback for Jay Cutler and now McDaniels wants to dump Cutler. From what I’ve read, I’ve never heard of a new Head Coach treat his incumbent starting Quarterback with such total disrespect based on what I’ve read about Jay Cutler’s phone conversation and face to face meeting with Josh McDaniels. What kind of egotistical moron Head Coach would want a back-up Quarterback who was lucky to be in the NFL, Matt Cassell, who had a good year mainly because he was playing with great players not the other way around, to replace a good solid young quarterback who Denver had built their team around? To me, sorry it makes no sense at all. Reminds me of an old saying about Viet Nam, “Fighting for Peace is like Fing for Chastity”. If McDaniels at least tried to smooth things out with Cutler, OK, but from what I read which I admit is one sided, he showed Cutler no respect. If I were Pat Bolen, I’d fire Josh McDaniels before he coaches an actual game for the Denver Broncos. While the Denver Broncos are not a great team by any stretch, Pat Bolen is doing for the Denver Broncos what the owner of the Phoenix Suns did to the Suns.
