Heroes Season 3 Is a Rip off of Kobe Bryant, the 4400 and Jeff Goldblum’s Fly
Just saw the 2 Hour Premier of Season 3 of Heroes and while I thought it was very good, it’s also a rip off of Kobe Bryant the Los Angeles Lakers basketball star, the 4400 - a great canceled TV series and Jeff Goldblum’s the Fly and I can’t say how so disappointed I am by this. It’s like the writers of this show are telephoning their scripts in without any original ideas.
Basically Hiro wants to play Kobe Bryant and decides to unnecessary put the world in jeopardy because it will give him something to do and be a Hero again. Arrgh! Sendhil Ramamurthy as Mohinder Suresh decides he wants to become an Indian Jeff Goldblum Fly and develops super strength while losing skin and having wild sex with a Heroes character everyone hates. Wait, there more, Mohinder is about to give everyone in the world superpowers like they did in the last season of “the 4400″ which deserved
another season.
Surprisingly given all this lack of originality it was a really good premiere episode but let’s hope the writers do some actual original writing in the future episodes.
