Hofstra False Rape Claim Why Isn’t Woman Named and Prosecuted?

Rape is a horrible sex crime and its just as horrible a crime when a woman brings false rape claims against innocent people that could see them imprisoned for a crime they didn’t commit for 25 years or more and have their lives ruined. When a woman brings false rape claims it damages the credibility of women with legitimate rape claims and in my opinion sex crimes law doesn’t do enough to prevent this. That being said, I find it unbelievable that at this point in time the woman who filed the false rape claims in the 1979 Hofstra False Rape Incident isn’t named by Law Enforcement and the Media and at this point has not even been charged with a crime. Where exactly is the Justice in that? This encourages women to file false rape charges!
Update to those who are unfamiliar with this incident: A female Hofstra University student accused five male Hofstra Students of gang-raping her in a dormitory bathroom. It was later proved she had had sex willingly with them and that she falsely accused them of rape.
While I personally don’t understand why a group of men would all want to have consensual sex with the same woman and this is not going to look good on their resumes as Robin Williams once said, they did not deserve to have their names and reputations defamed as rapists. Until this country decides to give equal penalties for women who file false rape claims, the false rape claims will continue. The most bizarre thing is this consensual sex act supposedly was videoed on the cell phone of one of the participants and yet it apparently was not used immediately to clear them. Totally bizarre.
