Hopefully no one reading this will ever be placed in this position but if the Police or anyone from Law Enforcement wants to talk to you about anything even if you are completely Innocent, request a Lawyer right away and don’t talk to the Police without one. I am Pro Law Enforcement but I’ve read and seen on TV toO many people wind up going to prison or being charged with a crime, guilty or not, because they were too stupid not to request a Lawyer immediately before talking to the police.

Bottom line is even if you are completely innocent there is absolutely no reason or advantage to talk to the Police without a Lawyer present and anyone who allows the Police to talk to them without a lawyer is a fool and deserves to be screwed over. No matter what the Police say to you, they are there to try to find someone who they believe is Guilty of a Crime and they are not there to help you. The Police do not give a damn about you and as I said they are just looking for someone to charge with the crime they are investigating. If somehow you give the police the slightest reason, they will charge you with a crime. A criminal lawyer is there to prevent all that. Criminal lawyers also ensure that the Police do not physically threaten you or physically beat you.

I can not reiterate enough that if you ever have to speak to the police for anything to always have a lawyer present or to request a lawyer right away. Just remember two words: Police Lawyer.
