This post is written only for men who haven’t had much luck attracting women or attracting the women they want to attract. I’m about to tell you something that’s considered heresy, namely if you’re not attracting women or the women you wish to attract, maybe it is you and you shouldn’t be yourself and its time to change your act in terms of your image. Honestly, by staying yourself and not getting the results you want, all you’re doing is knocking your head repeatedly into a brick wall and thinking you’re going to get a different result each time.

I had no trouble attracting women when I was in my 20′s but I could never seem to attract the hotter looking women that I really desired. It took me a while to realize that unless I made some changes in my image, nothing would change. For myself that meant changing my image from a “George Thorogood type rocker look” – no personal offense intended to George, to a more polished successful professional image. The bottom line is outside of TV and the movies, most women feel more comfortable being with someone who looks successful and polished. You don’t really have to be financially successful but you have to at least look the part.

So basically, within a period of a year, I made the following changes to my image:

1. I had my teeth whitened and had a few teeth bonded in the front.

2. I bought a bunch of tailor made suits and always made sure to wear them on my first few dates as they made me look more successful then I was.

3. I regularly went to an expensive hair stylist and changed my hairstyle from a longish “George Thorogood look” to a shorter polished entrepreneur type look.

4. I bought a better electric razor to get a closer shave.

5. I made sure my shoes were always polished.

6. I used good cologne daily.

7. I went to a dermatologist once ever 6 weeks or so to get liquid nitrogen treatment on my face which made my skin look fresher and got rid of some minor pimples.

I was still the same person I was personality wise but I found almost instantly I was now attracting the women that I wanted to be attracted to. Yes, this whole thing is superficial but the bottom line is we live in a superficial world and if you don’t make any concessions to it, things are just going to stay the same for you. If you’d rather have things stay the same by not conforming to superficiality, fine, just remember that you’re being superficial in being attracted to the women that you are physically attracted to so why shouldn’t those women superficially not be attracted to you if you don’t give off the image they want?
