Madeleine McCann Case Raymond Hewlitt Photo Compare with Suspect
For anyone following the case of abducted British Child Madeleine McCann in the Algarve resort of Praia da Luz, Portugal, on May 3, 2007, here are some photos to compare Raymond Hewlitt, A British paedophile identified as a suspect in the case with the police sketch artist rendition of a mysterious unidentified stranger seen in the Praia da Luz area by witnesses around the time of the Madeleine McCann abduction. I should point out that most of the witnesses reported the man looking under 35 while Raymond Hewlitt is 64. The above photos and illustrations are those I’ve found of Raymond Hewlitt online (the photo on the right I reversed the picture so it fit the angles more) as well as the official police sketch of the “Stranger”. I’m not sure how old Hewlitt was at the time of the photos and find the photos other than the hair, pretty close. I’m not a detective and you can make up your own minds but here are 4 comparisons of aspects of Raymond Hewlitt’s face with the police sketch:
