Make 2 Pictures One - The Easiest Software I’ve Found to do This
If you want to take 2 separate pictures or image files and combine them into 1 picture for say Ebay or what have you, the easiest software I’ve found that does this is Picture Merge Genius. By combine I don’t mean merge or superimpose, I mean make 1 master photo or image out of 2 pictures. The above image was taken from 2 separate pictures of Sophia Loren and Seven of Nine (Jeri Ryan).
I have no financial stake in Picture Merge Genius, am not selling it (though I wish I did!) and don’t work for their company. I can not tell you how many hours I wasted online trying out free demo software from other companies and I simply couldn’t put 2 pictures together and I have above average computer skills. To be honest, I really don’t understand Picture Merge Genius either but through trial and error I figured out how to put 2 pictures together at the basic level which is all I needed it for. Here’s the simple way to make 2 pictures one using this stuff: 1. Save 2 image files (in the case of the above I saved them as .jpg files and didn’t resize them, so obviously they’re different sizes), 2. Open Picture Merge Genius and click Create New on the top left corner, 3. A “Create Wizard” will then open up and click the second of 2 choices “Use Width and Height to Create a New Picture” and I fill in 468 by 468 and then finish and an empty picture box is formed. This is where your new Master Picture will go, 4. Clicking Explorer on top of the directories, I then browse the directories to individually get the 2 photos I want to merge one at a time. In this case, I locate Picture 1 in the Explorer box and drag it into the empty picture box and put it on the far left. I then locate Picture 2 and drag it into the picture box to the right of Picture 1 and then I save the picture simple as that. The End Obviously I could have resized the individual photos etc., but my purpose of this blog was just to show you how to simply combine 2 pictures into one using this software.
I’m sure there is other software that can do this just as easy and perhaps even better but this is the only software at this point that I seem to be able to do this on.
