I’m no lawyer but I can’t understand why after 4 years Aruba won’t prosecute Joran van der Sloot and his 2 buddies Deepak and Satish Kalpoe for murder even without a body. What are they waiting for? Surely they have enough to make a circumstantial case of murder. Its total BS why they haven’t prosecuted Joran and his friends by now. If nothing else, surely a trial would help to get some answers to help locate Natalee Holloway’s body. If Natalee had disappeared in the United States, Joran van der Sloot and Deepak and Satish Kalpoe would have been prosecuted by now and in likelihood convicted if they hadn’t copped a plea deal.

I personally don’t think that Natalee Holloway was actually murdered but probably accidentally died from a reaction to drugs or something and basically Joran van der Sloot dug himself in too deep a hole with his lies that he couldn’t get out and just reveal the truth. Come on Aruba what are you waiting for? By the time Aruba does anything, Joran van der Sloot will probably have married Amanda Knox and have grandchildren.
