New England Patriots to Sign QB Jeremiah Masoli?

This is pure speculation on my part but my speculation has come true a lot of the time on this blog- luckily no one followed through on my offer of $25 each to the first four people to write in if my prediction on the Lost finale was wrong which it was completely- “Lost” sucked and was the biggest Ponzi scheme in the world but that’s another story. Getting back to former Oregon QB Jeremiah Masoli who I considered the most exciting College Football player in 2009, the best thing that might have happened to him was being kicked off the Oregon Football team for good in terms of an NFL career!
Had Jeremiah not been kicked off the Oregon team either for 2010 and then permanently and had in fact won the Heisman Trophy, who is to say that the NFL hard cases wouldn’t look for excuses and said he didn’t have an upside and not drafted him anyway? Other to say that Jeremiah Masoli exhibited zero common sense and intelligence in his off the field college activities and that in fact a lot of NFL players are jerks but they still are in the NFL, I have nothing to add on Jeremiah Masoli’s personal behavior. I think that now to the effect Jeremiah Masoli is a prospect and free agent who NFL teams can probably sign for relatively cheap, if Jeremiah Masoli is not drafted in the NFL Supplementary Draft which I doubt he will be, I believe there’s a great chance that the New England Patriots sign Jeremiah Masoli as a free agent and take a flyer. This is the same team that drafted Matt Cassel after a non-career at USC. The New England Patriots supposedly were planning to draft Tim Tebow in the first round and now find themselves with the possibility of signing Jeremiah Masoli probably without using a draft pick or investing a fortune.
