I don’t know about you but every time I put on new shoes and new sneakers I get awful blisters on the back of my heel and its utter agony. Well here is a quick down and dirty easy way to break in new sneakers easily and avoiding blisters and pain:

As soon as you buy a new pair of sneakers immediately put them in a washing machine with just a pinch of detergent and nothing else in the washing machine and set the machine to “Delicate”. If you bought several pairs of new sneakers you can put them in as well. Once your wash cycle is finished do not put the sneakers in the dryer but instead just leave them to dry by themselves for several days in your home – I’d recommend 3 or 4 days. Then put them on your feet and they should feel totally comfortable and you shouldn’t be getting any blisters on the back of your heel and/or feeling any more pain.
