NFL Teams and other Pro Teams Have a Double Standard About Blaming the Referees
The San Diego Chargers make no mistake about it, got a lousy deal about losing to the Denver Bronco’s because of a Referee’s mistake this week. I’m not defending the Ref’s mistake or giving the stupid cliche line. “It’s part of the game”, but what I find totally hypocritical about NFL and other pro teams who publically condemn these ref’s is that they don’t hold the players on their teams to these same perfect standards and when a player clearly makes a bad or stupid play that costs their team the game, the player is never singled out and the team makes the excuse “we win as a team we lose as a team and there were plenty of reasons we lost.” Yet in the case of the Referees they expect 100 degrees perfection. I’m just tired of this BS put out by teams and coaches. Looks like it’s going to be a long football season.
