I loved baseball when I was a kid but I stopped following the sport 25 years ago as it totally bores me and I hate all the phony show biz curtain call BS. Having said that, I’ve never seen a complete no hitter or someone steal home till now. The above picture is Stealing Home Old School by Ty Cobb! Actually when I was a kid I remember watching Jim Bunning pitch against the New York Mets on Father’s Day June 21 1964 on TV and like an idiot went out after the 5th inning to go to an amusement park never thinking he’d pitch a perfect game on Father’s Day. Anyway, when I heard that the Boston Red Sox Jacob Ellsbury Stole home against the New York Yankees Andy Pettitte on April 26, 2009 with no one else on base, I had to see this for myself online. When I was reading about this, apparently Andy Pettite had also allowed another solo steal of home against him in 2007 against Toronto Blue Jays Aaron Hill.
