Ten Websites I Can’t Do Without

Here are 10 Websites I Can’t Do Without that you might want to check out if you’re not aware of, listed in Alphabetical order by subject:

Computer

www.TestMy.Net This is an excellent testing device to find out your download and upload speed.

Dead Rock Stars

http://thedeadrockstarsclub.com/deadrock.html Your up to the minute source of practically any musician who has died, past or present. I was shocked to find out that some of my favorite musicians were dead as there was virtually no news about their deaths in the newspapers.

Hard to Find Phone Numbers for Computer & Internet Companies

Hard to Find Phone Numbers Here’s a list of hard to find phone numbers that will save you time trying to find them that I put together on my new Blog,
Gifts and Free Advice that features politically incorrect, outside the box, free advice and reviews on anything and everything, including how to have fun giving a phony interview for a job you’re not interested in, how to seriously regrow thinning hair, how to use e-commerce to cover up unemployment on a resume, how to start an e-commerce website, how to make your computer run faster and other things of that ilk. The Blog name comes from the fact that the main URL is a gift shop for which the blog is a part of!

Howard Stern

www.MarksFriggin.com/index2.htm This is an excellent summary of everything that happens each day on the Howard Stern show. I don’t know how this guy does it. The daily summaries are posted 10 minutes after each show ends. The summaries are not short and fairly detailed and I give the webmaster props for doing all this stuff.

Movies

www.IMDB.com The Movie Bible. I don’t know how the hell they’ve accumulated this much information. Anything you want to know about any actor or Movie or TV show is in here with every detail possible.
They also have a great Message Board.

News

www.CNN.com A Great Source of News that basically has saved me time from watching the news regularly on TV

Present and Visionary Advice

www.BlogMaverick.com This is Mark Cuban’s, own of the Dallas Mavericks, Blog site and he offers great advice and ideas on almost everything. I may not agree with everything he has to say but his ideas are thought provoking and I’ve learned a lot from reading his posts.

Sports

http://SportsIllustrated.cnn.com www.ESPN.GO.Com This is a tie between ESPN and Sports Illustrated. The daily sports news is almost identical and the biggest differences are the columnists. I read Peter King regularly even though he seems to always write about the same things and people for half his column- is he Brett Favre’s PR person?

TV

http://Ausiellofiles.ew.com Michael Ausiello rules! For the latest scoop on your favorite TV shows and TV actors and actresses, this is the place to go. Ausiello seems to know more about what’s happening on a TV show then the show itself!

www.Zap2it.com Zap2it is a great daily source for TV and movie news.
