The Easiest Way to Build Natural Muscles But Not Be Huge & Look Good For Women
If you’re like me and the only reason you want to work out is to look good and attract women, here’s my easy way of doing this the natural way for basically beginners and possibly people who just want to maintain. Note, you’ll wind up with good tone and shape and have natural muscles but you won’t have huge muscles like bodybuilders. Most women in my opinion aren’t attracted to men with huge muscles or even care how big your muscles are, as long as you’re tone and in shape. Anyway, here’s a pretty easy routine I followed in my prime, that you might want to try, that will probably take you 1-1 1/2 hours a day, 3 days a week at home, if you have dumbells and a home gym like Bowflex or anything similar at home.
I use both dumbells and my Bowflex home gym, three days a week, an hour to 1 1/2 hours each time. I also do a light jog for about 20 minutes to 40 minutes on days I don’t lift weights, 2 or 3 days a week when I’m in the mood. I find if I jog on days I lift weights but before I lift them, I tend to drop weight and my muscles don’t get as pumped. Note, if you want to lose weight, then jog the same day you use weights but make sure you jog first. Also I would try to eat protein such as meat if you’re not a vegetarian after you’re finished lifting weights and also drink protein powder with water not milk with as little fat as possible in the protein, like whole whey protein powder and use a blender. Its actually tastes pretty good! Finish your workout before 7:00 PM and try not to eat meat and/or drink protein powder after 7:30 PM or you’ll probably gain weight.
Here is my routine. I first start with dumbells. I do three sets with everything, 16 repetitions each, 1 set with light dumbells, wait 10-30 seconds and a second set with medium dumbells and finally a third set with heavier dumbells but not too heavy weights. After a while when I find this is too easy for me, I then increase the weights 5 pounds on each level and so forth after a few weeks at a level. After about 6 weeks, I take a break for a whole week. I may have to use dumbells 5-10 pounds lower after my week break and start again.
I do the following dumbell excercises, again 3 sets of 16 each, with light, medium and heavier weights, as stated above:
1. Bicep Curls
2. Reverse Bicep Curls
3. Bench Press
4. Chest Flys
5. Overhead Press
6. Upright Row
7. Lateral Raise
8. Pullover Over Your Head
9. Triceps Press
I then take a 5-10 minute break and do the following exercises on a Bowflex or similar machine, again doing 3 sets of light, medium and heavier weights, 16 repetitions each set.
1. Trunk Rotation On this exercise only I use the same Bowflex weight and do only one set of 48 reps.
2-10. Same as the dumbell exercises above but on a Bowflex or Machine only, not the dumbells the second time around.
11. Wide Pulldowns with a Lat Bar
12. Reverse Wide Pulldown with Lat Bar
13. Narrow Pulldowns With a Lat Bar
14. Reverse Narrow Pulldown with Lat Bar
15. Wide Stiff Arm Pulldown with Lat Bar
16. Narrow Stuff Arm Pull Down With Lat Bar
17. Leg Press
18. Leg Extension
19. Leg Curl
I would try this routine for about 3 months. You should see some definite improvement but everyones body works differently. The important thing to do is to follow your routine in a regular consistent pattern. You won’t look like an action hero, but you’ll look good enough to attract most women.
