The Law and CBS Survivor Contestants Make Legal Contract on Air

Having been totally disgusted by the petty, jealous jury of CBS Survivor 19 who totally robbed Russell Hartz of a deserved Survivor Win, I thought of a sure fire way to help a contestant win Survivor or at least advance their winning chances by using the law in the actual “Survivor” game.
Note I am not a lawyer and if you are somehow selected for Survivor 21 or any future Survivor Series and you want to follow my advice, consult with a good lawyer exactly how to do what I’m advising in terms of Language that you should use. If you’re actually a lawyer, then somehow figure a way to be selected for “Survivor” and at worst you will get all the publicity you ever wanted for your law practice a million times over.
If I was Shambo for instance, I would have said, “I will agree to vote against my tribe in exchange for the following people to agree not to vote against me at any time during Survivor. This constitutes a legal binding Verbal contract made in front of the CBS Cameras and anyone defaulting on this Contact agrees to be sued for Fraud”.
In the event that anyone reneges on this agreement, all one would have to do is find a good contract lawyer who would sue for a percentage and believe me there would be plenty because it would be great publicity as I mentioned for the lawyer. As for myself, I would never enter Survivor because I couldn’t last a day- I quit the Boy Scouts at 11 and honestly don’t plan on watching Survivor again after the jury screwed Russell.
