Why Aren’t Fingerprints Required For All Kids to Prevent Kidnapping?
One thing I’ve never understood in the United States is why fingerprints aren’t required for kids and put in a National Registry Computerized System? Alternatively and I’m not sure this has been created for humans is, why can’t kids have a computerized chip inserted into their arm that identified who they are, as I think dogs have them.
I myself don’t have kids by choice but I see so many kidnapping stories on TV where some nutcase, snatches a kid and the parents never see the kid again. It would seem to me if a kid registered to go to school each year or had to register to go to the Doctor or Dentist and give their fingerprints, this would be both a determent to kidnapping a kid as your own and a way for the authorities to know that someone is raising a kidnapped kid.
My own personal guess as why this isn’t being done is some misguided liberal or the ACLU has said or would say that this would violate an individual’s rights even though it would help that person and their family.
